Frito Lay - Screwed by Snacks to You Program
I am a small business owner who orders from the snacks to you program and would like to share my experience. I've spent nearly $400 over the past two weeks buying products from them so I am a loyal customer however in one of my orders the bag was much larger than I can carry in my rack and I called their customer service in hopes of securing an exchange, not even a refund however they just gave me the runaround.
The rep just claimed that the supervisor was unavailable and that bc they issued a credit two years ago, I was out of luck. This is honestly a terrible program and dealing with frito lay is too big of a headache.
My orders never show up on time, there is always at least a couple items that are missing, and there is zero customer service. I'm just going to buy the variety packs from Sam's and not deal with this headache.

Small business owner here and this is the worst supplier I deal with. Customer Service on the phone is o.k.
BUT the product consistently arrives damaged and the selection is poor.
I will not even carry Frito Lay going forward. We have had Snacks to U forced on us and the worst part is there is a Frito Lay warehouse across the street from me but we cannot get product from them, it must be shipped via UPS.
ITS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LOT OF ITEM IS OUT.
Snacks to you was forced on our store. I have tried to give it an honest try.
The catalog online is horrible with few products available. Frito lay cut their own throat as I am forced to take my business elsewhere.
YES THIS PROGRAM REALLY SUX..
It happens to me as well and you're not alone. Snack 2 u is perhaps the most careless and useless company.
Their representatives at the other end of the line are rude, ignorant and arrogance. All I can say is, if there are other companies that are selling the same products, I would definitely will not be doing business with this horrible company.
