All I have to say is, my mom purchased two boxes of variety bake chips from one of our local grocery stores on Feb. 20th.

I ate two bags of Cheetos out of one of the boxes and ended up with mold and mildew mixed with chips. Which caused me to go to the E.R. I called the company and the lady asked me questions. She was empathetic to the situation.

However, I dont wish this on my worse enemy. Im extremely sick with a various amount of symptoms from these nasty smelling, looking chips that I consumed.

Consumer’s are entitled to safe and fresh food. This isn’t just a Dorito problem.

Also grocery employees don’t necessarily have consumer welfare as a priority. An example: outdated (expired) chicken is often used in deli products.( chicken salad) Chicken covered in bar-be-cue sauce is a dead giveaway.My son was a bagger while in H.S.

and said labels were changed and in stocking new food was added on the shelf pushing the older products further back. We trust the FDA when we shouldn’t.

Thank you for informing people. I eat Cheetos all the time, but do look at the product inside...if it looks questionable, email or call for a replacement. Get well soon!

I have to wonder why you would consume anything that smelled bad and had mold on it. If you think the company is going to pay you for your stupidity you are sadly mistaken.

The consumer has a responsibility to pay attention to what they eat. Looks to me like you are just trying to get money out of them.

I too often buy cheetos and particularly go in for the giant piece of green mold. And, 3rd grade was my senior year.

Not satisfied with a product. I complained. I never got the promised replacement coupons Additional details: I purchased a bag of chips at my local grocery store. I was not happy with the bag because they seemed especially greasy. I called to report my dissatisfaction with the product. The Representative promised to send me a coupon to replace the product I was unable to use. I never did get the replacement coupon that I was promised.Ive used your products consistently over the years!

I bought Ruffles Original 8 1/2 oz bag Guaranteed fresh date of 21NOV2023 61132**** 145 23:25 When I opened the bag it smelled really strong, like the oil was bad when the chips were fried. I checked the date thinking these chips were expired, but they werent. The taste wasnt good like Ruffles usually are.

Broken chips in bag excessive

For the last three months every bag of the lighty saulted chips are excessively in pieces. I am not purchasing this product any longer, Im not sure what the problem is but Im sick of wasting my money on this product.

I dont know how much of this is due to delivery personnel or factory labor but it is really annoying. Ive watched the delivery personal and Im not very impressed with the way they handle product.

They are very aggressive with the bags squashing them to make room for as many as they can fit on shelves. Maybe you could let me know how you feel about this problem and what is being done to prevent future damage to chips and i will try them again but for now I am just going to switch to another brand.
